 Privacy PolicyThank you for registering with GnomiVerse, LLC (“GnomiVerse”). GnomiVerse improves your online experience by offering you access to a variety of features, offerings and content. When you register with GnomiVerse, you provide GnomiVerse with personally identifiable information (“your GnomiVerse information”). This Policy explains the information practices that apply to your GnomiVerse information, as well as the choices you can make about the way your GnomiVerse information is used by GnomiVerse. This Privacy Policy applies only to information GnomiVerse collects about you as a user of GnomiVerse services. This policy does not apply to information about you collected by GnomiVerse’s affiliated providers, or third party Web sites and offerings linked to or otherwise accessible from GnomiVerse services. The information collected or received by GnomiVerse’s affiliated providers and third party Web sites is subject to their own privacy policies. Information Collection & Use GnomiVerse uses your GnomiVerse information to establish and deliver service to GnomiVerse users and to improve the offerings available through GnomiVerse services. GnomiVerse may use this information to contact registered users to notify them of product and service updates, provide instruction, and to deliver other service related information. GnomiVerse may also contact users to request additional information and feedback. If you wish to be removed from such secondary mailings you may do so by the means provided in the email. GnomiVerse uses your GnomiVerse information to personalize content and advertisements provided to you, to fulfill your requests for products and services, to communicate with you and respond to your inquiries, to conduct research about your usage of GnomiVerse services, and to help offer you other products, programs, or services that may be of interest. Your GnomiVerse information will not be shared with third parties unless it is necessary to fulfill a transaction you have requested, in other circumstances in which you have consented to the sharing of your GnomiVerse information, or except as described in this Privacy Policy. GnomiVerse may use your GnomiVerse information to present offers to you on behalf of business partners and advertisers. These business partners and advertisers receive aggregate data about GnomiVerse users, but do not receive information that personally identifies you. In order to access your third party accounts, you must enter your applicable user names and passwords into the Gnomi Chat Client. Passwords are only stored on our servers in an encrypted form utilizing both 1024-bit RSA key and MD5 hash technologies. Both the passwords themselves and the database in which they are stored are secured in this manner. Neither GnomiVerse employees nor our systems have access to your passwords in clear-text. GnomiVerse also offers the ability to access to our servers utilizing a secure SSL connection via the Gnomi Chat Client. You also have the option to not store your usernames and passwords in the Gnomi Chat Client, in which case they will not be stored on our servers. GnomiVerse does not monitor or log conversations or transactions unless required to by subpoenas, court orders, or legal process. However, if you use GnomiVerse services to disclose information about yourself publicly (for example in a chat room or online message board made available to you by GnomiVerse), other online users may obtain access to any information you provide. The contents of your online communications, as well as other information about you as a GnomiVerse user, may be accessed or disclosed in order to comply with applicable laws or legal processes such as a court order, search warrant or subpoena. GnomiVerse may also release or exchange personal user information if required to do so to protect the rights, property or agreements of GnomiVerse and our affiliated providers, to prevent fraud, or if GnomiVerse has a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of you or another person. GnomiVerse may use agents and contractors in order to help operate GnomiVerse products and platforms. If such agents and contractors have access to personally identifiable information, they are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. In the event that ownership of GnomiVerse was to change as a result of a merger, acquisition, or transfer to another company, your GnomiVerse information may be transferred. If such a transfer results in a material change in the use of your GnomiVerse information, GnomiVerse will provide notice about the choices you have to decline to permit such a transfer. Cookies & Beacons GnomiVerse and our advertisers may use third-party companies to serve ads when you use GnomiVerse services. These third-party ad-serving companies may also use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies on your computer to help present, better target, and measure the effectiveness of their advertisements, using data gathered over time and across their networks of Web pages to determine the characteristics and preferences of their audience. GnomiVerse may share certain non-personally identifiable information about you as a GnomiVerse user (such as user age and zip code) with certain ad network providers to help them deliver more relevant advertisements through their ad networks. The use of cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies by ad network providers is subject to their own privacy policies, not GnomiVerse’s. GnomiVerse Commitment to Security It is the user's responsibility to protect the security of their login information. GnomiVerse's servers are located in secure server environments.
